*Individuals may contribute a maximum of $400 per election cycle. Colorado campaign
finance law forbids a political candidate from accepting direct or indirect contributions from
labor organizations, unions, corporations, non-citizens, and foreign governments or
corporations. LLCs have all sorts of contribution rules making any contribution problematic.
Small Donor Committees, i.e. candidate PACs, can contribute up to $4,250.
All contributions of $20 and up must be identified by name. All contributions of
$100 or more can not be via cash and must also include the name of the donor's
employer and identify the contributor's occupation.
